The purpose of the https://revue-rpn.fr website is to promote access to and dissemination of knowledge and scientific and technical information on the subject of digital platforms. The site allows scientific works to be submitted to the journal's management for distribution to the general public and consultation by site users, following the editorial evaluation and validation process (available in the “For authors” section).

The site has been developed with the Open Access scientific journals platform operated by the University of Bordeaux: http://open.u-bordeaux.fr. This platform was created with the support of the IdEx Bordeaux, which benefits from state aid managed by the Agence nationale de la recherche under the Investissements d'avenir program, reference ANR-10-IDEX-03-02.

The editor is responsible for the content of the site. Consequently, it may be held liable not only for what it publishes on the site, but also for any comments made by users. The editor undertakes to be particularly vigilant in detecting infringements of the law such as defamation, insult or invasion of privacy.

The user is subject to common law liability. He may therefore be held liable if his actions cause damage to others (article 1240 of the French Civil Code). The user is also solely responsible for the relationships he/she may establish with other users and for the information he/she communicates to them. It is the user's responsibility to exercise appropriate caution and discernment in such relationships and communications. The user further undertakes to respect the usual rules of politeness and courtesy in his dealings with other users.

Content harmful to a third party may be notified to the host in accordance with article 6 I-5 of law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy.

The host cannot be held responsible for the content, and any claims should be directed to the publisher.

The site provides links to sites over which the publisher and host have no control. The editor and host accept no responsibility for the content of these sites.

Access to the site's services may be interrupted, suspended or modified at any time without notice for maintenance or any other reason. No compensation may be claimed following the interruption, suspension or modification of these general conditions of use.

The publisher and/or host cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage of any kind resulting from use of the Site, and in particular for material damage, loss of data or programs, resulting from access to or use of the Site.

The user may contact the site managers by e-mail at the following address: pierre.peraldi-mittelette@univ-lorraine.fr.

The author of the works published on this site remains the owner of his or her deposit, and the Host cannot be considered the custodian of the documents.

The work submitted by the author will be subject to editorial evaluation. This does not lead to automatic publication and distribution. An evaluation process is carried out. All information on the evaluation process can be found in the section “For Authors” > “Peer review process”. Several exchanges can be made in the secure area before submission of the final version validated by the journal's management. The author and the journal may agree on a spelling correction or translation of the work into a language other than the original.

The publisher reserves the right to remove any work from the site that infringes public order, laws and regulations or good scientific practice.
