Commitment of the User
Content warranty
The person proposing content to the journal undertakes to ensure that his or her article constitutes an original work that does not counterfeit any pre-existing creation. He/she guarantees that he/she is the author of the content. He/she guarantees the journal against any claim or eviction relating to the proposedwWork.
In the case of an article written in collaboration, it undertakes to obtain the written agreement of its co-authors before agreeing to these terms and conditions. The publisher shall not be held liable in the event of failure to comply with this obligation.
Distribution license granted to the Revue
Unless the author expressly mentions the choice of a Creative Commons license at the time of submission, the author or his representative authorizes the posting of his document on the site and grants a non-exclusive worldwide license to the journal:
- for the right of representation: the right to communicate the document to the public by any process enabling it to be distributed on the Internet or on the establishment's Intranet, as well as any other method of digital distribution known or unknown to date;
- for reproduction rights :
- the right to reproduce the document on any type of digital medium required for distribution on the Internet or on the school's Intranet, and other digital media known or unknown to date;
- the right to authorize Internet users of the site to download documents posted online.
- under the right of adaptation: the right to modify the document's initial electronic format in order to ensure its archiving, storage and electronic distribution in line with changing technical constraints.
The license is valid for the entire legal term of protection of the work.
This authorization does not transfer the rights of the author, who retains ownership.
In accordance with article L. 122-7-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code, which states that "the author is free to make his works available to the public free of charge", the online publication is free of charge and will not give rise to any remuneration for the author.
It is expressly pointed out that this gratuity is granted solely for the purpose of promoting scientific research, and for the purpose of making the product available to the public free of charge.
License for the benefit of Site users
The journal expressly draws the attention of Authors and users to the fact that all documents published on the site are protected by copyright, in accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code.
The user :
- must indicate in all quotations the source of the work and the name(s) of the author(s);
- can also create a hypertext link to the document displayed on the site;
- may not modify, transform or adapt the work without the express authorization of the author;
- may not use the work for commercial purposes;
- may not use the work in such a way as to prejudice its exploitation under other.
It is therefore essential to obtain the prior consent of the author before using a work, or part of a work, for any purpose other than private copying as defined in art. L122-5-2° of the French Intellectual Property Code, or for public research purposes (art. L 122-5-10° of the French Intellectual Property Code). Failure to do so exposes the offender to the penalties provided for by this law.
If the author chooses to distribute his document under a particular Creative Commons license, he remains guarantor of his rights and defines the uses granted which are not determined by the present license. The user will then be able to reuse all or part of the document, depending on the Creative Commons license options chosen.

Distribution of the file submitted by the author respects the right to integrity of the work. The journal undertakes not to make any modification to the work without the author's agreement, except for the necessary format modification when moving from one medium to another.
In the event that an author wishes to exercise his/her right of withdrawal or repentance with the publisher, the journal undertakes to comply with article L.121-4 of the CPI, not to publish the article and to keep confidential any information brought to its knowledge in the work.
If the request is made after disclosure, the journal undertakes to remove the work from the site but, due to the nature of networks such as the Internet, it cannot ensure that all technical copies and rebroadcasts of the work will have disappeared from said networks.
